The results from the report are based on statistics from the government. The analysis ranks 18 airlines based on their combined performance in complaints, denied boardings, on-time arrivals and mishandled luggage and is compared to the previous year. The ranks are as follows:

Patrick Barney becomes a Certified Tourism Ambassador (CTA)!
(CTA) Program is a certification program that serves to increase tourism by inspiring front-line hospitality professional and volunteers to work together to turn every visitor encounter into a positive, memorable experience.
Part of his certification was an extensive training in the Journey Through Hallowed Ground program. The Journey Through Hallowed Ground follows Route 15/20 from Gettysburg in Pennsylvania to Monticello in Charlottesville Virginia. Explore historic places on and near this historic route, the Old Carolina Road, a scenic and historically rich landscape that has "soaked up more of the blood, sweat, and tears of American history than any other part of the country," according to the late historian C. Vann Woodward.
