Patrick is an expert in Customized trips to Europe, South America etc. He is our resident expert on "Faith Based" travel. Patrick has been an expert in customized trips since 1999.  Site inspections of the properties he uses are very important, he only works with companies that have the very best and up-to-date hotels.  Travel is an art blending the customers needs with the travel product at a price that is satisfactory to both parties.  He is a master at the art of negotiation.

Spent 25 years in the hotel business earning her a CHSE designation, she holds a charter class being in the first 100 ever issued.  She was the local President of the Society of Government Meeting Planners in Arizona and held a Board position on the National Society of Government Meeting Planners.  Her program for the Society of Travel Agents in Government was a spectacular success.  She received many awards in the travel industry which are proudly displayed in her office.  Sam is in charge of pampering. 

She is the cruise expert on staff and is certified with Holland America, Cunard, Norwegian Cruise Lines, Costa, Princess Royal Caribbean, Carnival  and the small ships of Cruise West & SeaDream.  Patrick and Sam take every opportunity to do site inspections of ships

She is a member of IGLTA and serves the community with safe and sophisticated trips. Ossn, CLIA, NACTA, Springfield Chamber of Commerce and Free N I are also organizations with which she works.
